Now training as a Muscle Testing Practitioner at Deeply Rooted Healing, Kaci is dedicated to helping others uncover the underlying causes of imbalance and supporting each person’s path toward restored health and vitality.

What you cook with is just as important as what you are cooking! Here’s why we recommend tossing plastic cooking utensils, plastic cutting boards & plastic food storage asap:

🧪 chemicals from plastic leach especially at high temps when cooking or in the dishwasher.

1. Screen time: no social media or electronics 1 hour after rising and 1 hour before bed

2. Water: clean high quality water is essential! Many contaminants, chemicals and pathogens can be found in regular tap water.

3: Air: clean air is also a foundation for health and health! No fragrances, candles or room sprays and having air purifiers running is best!

4. Eating: chewing our food sufficiently and eating without any electronic distractions will do so much for digestion, bloating and nutrient absorption.

5. The great outdoors: get outside as much as possible! Breathing fresh air, absorbing vitamin d directly from the sun and connecting with nature is good for physical, mental and emotional health.

6. Movement: the lymph system requires movement because it doesn’t have its own “pump.” Daily movement is essential for drainage and detoxing.

Homemade Gummy Bears 😋 The simplest hack for health even toddlers will love!

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
•2 cups of your family’s favorite fruit juice OR 1 cup juice + 1 cup heavy cream/coconut milk
•3 scoops of Perfect Grass-Fed Gelatin - available for pick up in our office!
•Optional: 2-3 T honey / maple syrup or your favorite sweetener

INSTRUCTIONS:
•Add the juice or juice/cream combo to a cold pot
•Sprinkle the gelatin over the liquid and let it bloom (slowly dissolve and absorb liquid) takes just a few minutes.
•Once it has bloomed, warm the mixture over medium heat, stirring until fully dissolved.
•Pour mixture into a glass dish or silicone candy molds
•Allow to set in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours. Cut into cubes or fun shapes or pop out of the mold
•Store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks
